Can anyone tell me how to log in to OASIS to see transfer courses? I finally paid my deposit but I’m not sure how to find the password to access this.
@lookingxaround If you just submitted your deposit today, you should receive an email in a few days with a link to activate your MyUSC account. You will be able to access Oasis through the MyUSC portal once it is set up.
Friday june, 14 2019 still nothing. I just wanted to see the decision lol.
@vegantransfer Hi there, thank you so much for such a detailed response! I really appreciate it. That makes everything a lot clearer. I’ll definitely get in touch with them to confirm the info, but I think what you said is pretty accurate in terms of needing to meet these requirements “before graduating.” I’m at a CA community college as well.

@vegantransfer Oh also, yes, I’m planning on applying at the beginning of next year - the school I’m applying to within USC expects applications by February, I believe!

@transferusc88 I just saw that you were going to the admissions office in person. How did it go? Did you speak with someone prior to the visit or just go in? I am in a similar situation and am deciding what I should do
For Marshall students how got their credit report, does anyone know what business major classes can be transferred to USC? For now, I know that “Financial Accounting” and “Managerial Accounting” are transferable.
I need to figure out what major classes to take for Fall so that they can transfer to USC!

My son is admitted to USC Price School and Emory Arts and Science He is very confused on where to go. Granted he has no idea what he wants to do.
Emory gave him a ton of money. So, I want him to go there, but I don’t want to push him and let him make a decision.

I have a question about my TCR. I attended three different Universities for some reasons (1CC and 2 ,4-year) before I apply to USC. When I looked at my TCR, they only gave me credits for my first college which is 16 units. I actually have about 80 semester units. Is there anyway I can appeal to register or should I wait until orientation to discuss with my academic adviser? Appreciate for any advice
@CantbelieveNJ Did you already get a financial aid package from USC? USC and Emory are both fantastic schools, so he can’t go wrong with either one. They are both comparable to schools such as Georgetown, Notre Dame, and Wash U. I would go with whichever school is the best choice financially. Congratulations to your son for having the options that he does and good luck with making a decision!!
@nk4321 I would give a call to Transfer Credit Services and address the issue with them. You can find their number in the USC directory on the page for the Registrar’s Office. I had issues with my TCR regarding my high school graduation date and they were able to get everything handled pretty quickly.
@poolsideconvo78 I did go in! I tried speaking with people on the phone, but they said to just pop in. I spoke with Alex Huerta, one of the admission counselors and briefly explained what I had included when turning in my SGR. I had another letter of rec, a letter of explanation for a grade I received, and then my transcript. There wasn’t much he could say, because of course they have to look over everything, but the group that was there admired my initiative and the documentation I included.
There’s not much more I can do but wait. I just hope all goes well of course, but I know that I tried my best and gave it all I could. Whatever happens, happens. I encourage you to reach out! I had a counselor who was fired (I assume was part of the scandal by the expressions they all had when they said she no longer works here) and hasn’t been in contact with anyone and nobody explained to us what was going on, and Alex encouraged me to reach out to him from now on if I have questions.
If anyone has been experiencing the same with a counselor, I would be more than happy to give you guys his information! Just let me know!
