@GoodAfternoonSir I personally think it shows continuos interest and dedication if I send and remind my USC counselor. Staying in touch with USC admission counselor by emailing them not too frequently will only help you.
So why not? It’s like me chatting with my professors after class. I stand out simply because not that many students do that. This is the biggest lesson that I have learned in college.
@sagaciousforever lol its fine you can send if you want im just saying you absolutely don’t have to if you can just send it immediately. im not arguing with you I’m just providing an easy solution the admissions department itself told me.
You can do anything you like, again, im not saying emailing your counselor will hurt or help you, im just saying it’s not necessary since there are faster options.
Plus, if you’d like to show your continual interest, the best way to show that is what i’ve been saying. Upload your transcripts when your new grades show up, that demonstrates you’re proactive and determined.
That’s good to know, but it never will hurt me so I am gonna do it anyways in case if I get an SGR. Anyways, I hope that I can be admitted without an SGR.
Hi guys I am going to withdraw my app. I applied for a major I lost interest in and I have gotten into some other colleges I am considering. Good luck to everyone else!! xx
@CookieMnstr Thank you so much Good luck to you too
@CADREAMIN Hey thanks!! You have been very helpful. And yes Berkeley UCLA comes out tomorrow but I will still be picking Berkeley no matter what (it’s close to where I live and I never realized how close I want to stay near my family!)
I hope my withdrawal will let someone else take my spot! (if that’s how it works)
Good luck to everyone else, USC is a great school and I hope you all hear back soon!
@sostressed201 based off of previous threads, large waves of rejections come late May. Also the only acceptances so far have been TTP with maybe a couple non-TTP
@tommy9998 i would assume no that doesn’t mean you are rejected, they probably are still working on your application. although i am not an admissions counselor so idk. @CADREAMIN is the pro here and will probably know what that means
