If you have not already done so, you can apply for federal or USC need-based financial aid by submitting a FAFSA." Does anyone know what happens? does this mean I’m not gonna get the Financial package from USC?

That’s really strange. Did you make sure that you sent it to USC? I would call office of financial aid ASAP. Mine says my financial aid application is being reviewed…
but after I SIR’d all I see is the terms and conditions of my acceptance I can’t access anything on my portal (WAIT I FOUND IT NVM sorry lolll)

nope, check if you sent CSS/FAFSA to USC.
The quality is fine, some great, some ok, their housing info is extensive on the website. The awful I was referring to is getting assigned/stuck with 5 random people well off campus as @zettasyntax mentioned. At 20+ to have to deal with that or live in a 2 person dorm seems confining. While freshman are matched, transfers aren’t, they are just filling holes if they have them, so being assigned to people with nothing in common may not be as optimal as finding your own with people you connect with. You can apply and always decline if something is offered you don’t like.

If you are full pay, you don’t have to send it. If parents/you taking loans or getting any other kind of aid, you will need to send it. At this point it looks like you haven’t applied for any. And after FAFSA there is CSS and that is a monster to complete. But again, if full pay, you don’t have to disclose all this stuff.

this happened to me before, my SSN was not linked to my application. call them first thing Tuesday morning to sort it out, they’ll fix it for you, they’re gonna have you post a document with your SSN and student ID number on it and (maybe) a couple other documents. I wouldn’t worry about it!
