Would it be bad to email my admissions officer and try to see why I didnât get in, so I can address it in my appeal letter?

It is, you just pay more per month for a shorter lease, but they are one of the few places that offer shorter leases. Most are 12 months.

I am also appealing and this question came across my mind as well. At this point, we are all hoping to hit a mark in the dark. I think this may be a judgment call that you can only make. I personally decided not to email my AO for that particular question because I would like my new information to be seen without knowing I tried to format it to one particular thing but rather expand the light to the whole application and understand me better.

i got one last question about sgrs. do sgrs mean that they consider you with your gpa after they processed the sgr?

I got accepted into SCAâs Cinema and Media Studies Major on Friday. Thank you so so so much to @CADREAMIN and all the forum champions and leaders for answering everyoneâs questions throughout the year. This was the place I often came to when I was worried or stressing about the decision. I applied to USC last year as a senior in high school and was rejected. But, I did not give up because I could not picture myself at any other university. However, this being said, I loved my first year as I was still in the 6th best film school in the nation (and was extremely grateful for the professors I met with).
These are some stats and other info:
Trojan Transfer Plan (TTP)/Legacy: No
Entering as: Sophomore
GPA: 4.0
Units completed: 40
GEs completed: I completed all GEs possible for a transfer student (I have only 2 GEs left which are required to be taken at USC)
ECs listed on app:
Job/Work Experience: I listed a club I was a part of for four years in high school. I was also able to intern at a production company this semester; worked at en entertainment company for a while last semester; was also part of a research program at my college. I also talked about my work and portfolio as an artist of 10+ years (which involved leading a successful campaign on a particular social justice issue that is close to my heart).
Essays (subject and responses): USC was the only school I applied to, so I was very specific in my essays (talked about exactly what I wanted to do if I were admitted). I spent many days researching very specific programs and clubs USC and SCA offered, and communicated my thoughts very clearly. I also gave the readers a glimpse into the world I come from.
Letters of Recommendation: Two of my recommenders were professors in my film classes, and the third was from a humanities course. I was able to form a strong bond with all these recommenders and I believe they were able to talk about my personality and testify to my abilities as a critical thinker and analytical writer.

I was also hoping to ask you a question. I got my decision on friday; do you think it is possible for them to send any scholarship notifications tomorrow? Or did they send all of them last week on Monday (because no one from SCA got their decisions before Friday)?
Has anyone heard back today or all decisions were released on Friday last week?

has anyone that submitted an SGR (before Friday) heard back yet? and I know a few on here had their SGR disappear on Wednesday (including me). have any of you heard back yet?

nope. my sgr was requested on 5/17. received 5/13 since i sent it earlier. mine disappeared as well. havent heard either
