Haven’t seen a lot of decisions for Marshall (like a wave/group). I’m a current student with a sibling who applied to transfer to Marshall and we’re still waiting on results as well. Hopefully you get your decision soon!

Hi, I am just a lurker here who is planning to apply as a transfer for the fall of 2022 (next cycle). Are some applicants really still waiting for decisions at this point??
Yes mostly those who submitted appeals after a rejection or received a SGR (Spring Grade Request).
Hopefully appeal decisions come out this week

Yes, unfortunately. I was a SGR.

Just curious, is getting a SGR typically a good sign?
You can be accepted with or without an SGR.
You can be rejected with or without an SGR.
The best is to be accepted without an SGR because you find out the earliest. Next best is to be accepted later, having submitted an SGR.
Being rejected either way is obviously no fun.

You can’t apply for spring. Just one application cycle where a student can get fall or spring acceptance. No choice, just assigned at acceptance.
