“Upstaged by Vandy!” – These guys have a great sense of humor!
They are soooo funny! Have really made fun of my team so much, makes it a little easier to laugh at them myself!
It was the only thing I looked forward to after the UGA loss to Bama. If only I’d known to look forward to a Vandy win over Bama!!!
One of the greatest games is tomorrow, the OU/TX game in Dallas at the Cotton at the State Fair. Half the stadium OU fans and the other half TX. Split at the 50 yard line. Tons of history in that game.
I love all the pomp and circumstance that comes with college football, but the fly over has to be the best. All 5 seconds of it.
Army (6-0, 5-0 American Athletic Conference), which has won its last five games at Michie Stadium dating to last season, is off to its best start to a season since the 1996 began 9-0.
Go Army! Beat Everybody!
witnessed in 2022 and 2023 2 stealth bomber fly overs at the new years day rose bowls. spine-tingling.
GO DUCKS!!! Beat the Bucks! Party in Eugene tonight!
Glad Quinn got to shake the rust off. Let’s see how it goes against Georgia.
I’m a UGA and UMich fan… but this year I’m adding Vandy to the mix! The Dores are stepping up!
Can we talk about the lack of pass interference calls on PSU? No dog in that fight, but the ones I saw were pretty bad.
No QB controversy at Michigan this week.
Did the Ohio State QB really pull a Dak Prescott? Seriously…he was wide open and all he had to do was run it into the end zone. Instead he slid for a first down AFTER the clock ran out. Lol! It’s a good thing I’m not a Buckeye fan.
My dh saw that for the first time yesterday on a replay and let our the loudest groan. Yikes.
It’s quite the game. Even when I was at UT, you had to enter a lottery and hope you got tickets. I got them every year.
The night before the game, OU and UT fans would walk down Dallas streets yelling insults at each other (in a friendly way, ha). And the State Fair is so much fun. I hope I can go again one day.
My dad had major, major surgery on Friday morning. The game was a welcome diversion and he was happy to talk about it afterwards.
I may have been on those streets in downtown Dallas with you! Whether I was pulling for UT or OU was dependent on who my friend group and/or dates were during that period. I’m a North Texas gal so had no dog in the hunt but walking those streets and the rivalry was fun. Still don’t think it’s as big as the Iron Bowl but it was indeed fun times in the 70s!
Stayed up late to watch the exciting finish to the OSU-BYU game! Good thing I decided to pass on College GameDay.
Uh, that’s a bit of a stretch. He had a way to go to reach the end zone and most of the Duck defense was in front of him.
Buck was lucky to be in the position to win it with a field goal. Oregon left 4 points on the field minimum and OSU’s first TD was a gift after a terrible no call on the interception.
Oregon beat the Buckeyes straight up.
When I saw Game Day being broadcast from Austin, I thought of the time you and I went to a UT game and the show was being broadcast.
