Is an email sent out when your decision status updates?
Not if a rejection. I think you get an email to check portal if you get in.
has anyone heard for business? i applied last week of october, 1380 SAT 91 GPA OOS and have been on awaiting decision for 5 weeks
Congrats to everyone that got in, my son was denied. He had a high SAT 1410, but under average GPA. Varsity sports, honors classes and 4 APS, leadership roles and lots of volunteering in very improvised areas of DC. His School does not rank, but very well know for itās rigorous curriculum. Few come out with a 4.0 or above. I think the GPA is a very important factor for Delaware. Good luck to all those still waiting to hear.
@soco45 my daughter never received an email to check her portal when she was accepted. Iāve seen a few other people on here say that they didnāt receive an email either.
@Mom2zags Iām sorry to hear about your sonās denial. Thank you for taking the time to post. I hope he gets in to a school that is a perfect fit! I feel like many great applicants either havenāt heard or got denials based on GPA. Good luck!

My daughter heard from the business school this past Friday night 12/6. She applied early October (10/3). I read somewhere on this thread that there were double the amount of EA apps this year, compared to their usual, so they may be behind. Hopefully you will get some good news soon, numbers sound good?!!
The portal says that it was updated today, does that mean anything?
Weāve seen that happen a lot. The first few times was exciting, thinking that decision will be coming soon. But still waiting. This last week it has been showing a new date for profile updated every day. Still waiting.

Yes DS still waiting and this momma has a pit in her stomach. 
To all - we waited 15 weeks before we were Accepted - so do not lose hope!
They have received double the expected EA applications, and they recently tweeted that all EA decisions will be received by Jan 31. So thereās def a lot of waiting left for most.
I applied August 1st and received my acceptance at the beginning of November. My SAT was 1180 and I have a 3.7 unweighted GPA and 4.0 weighted. I committed a couple of days ago!
@hotchkha did you get any Merit notification? if so how long after acceptance? are you in state or OOS? major?
