For D22 she got accepted through portal in early November and then heard about honors and merit via letter a week or two later.

Exact same thing happened. Said decision date is 11/8 so I guess they jumped the gun! But they are still admitted.

Question for those already accepted. Approximately how long did it take to get a decision once your portal status changed from âAwaiting Reviewâ to âAwaiting Decisionâ?
@dadknowsbest My son applied a little over a week ago and received his acceptance to the engineering school today. This was way faster than expected and his first acceptance.
I applied about 10/16 to the engineering program OOS. Application still hasnât changed from awaiting decision, if stats were under average should I assume itâs going to be a deferral/denial and start looking elsewhere?
Daughter accepted today to computer science program (BS). OOS, 1540 SAT, 4.25 (out of 4.3) GPA UW. Figure skater. Any other figure skaters out there? She applied 10/18. For those asking, last Friday the portal said under review, Saturday it changed to awaiting confirmation, Tuesday her major disappeared (I donât think she checked the portal Sunday or Monday so it could have changed on one of those days) and then today the acceptance was posted on the portal. Hoping for honors college.
Does anybody know if you do get declinedâŠwill it show as declined on the portal or do you just get a letter in the mail while it says awaiting decision.

DDâs status changed from âAwaiting Reviewâ to âAwaiting Decisionâ. So Iâm assuming weâre a few days away from knowing. Fingers crossed she gets in, this will be her first notification. Applied mid-October to multiple schools.
