3+ 1 year degree requirement

<p>I would like my brother to pursue his MBA but, do not know if 3+ 1 year degree requirement is must for international students. He will be completing his graduation ( B.com) in 2-3 months. Please help me with the information and some direction.</p>

<p>Also he is working as a RJ from last 2 years</p>

<p>3+1 is a requirement.
16 years of education is compulsory (12 yrs school + 4 yrs of college). That is why Indian students with a BSc. degree cannot apply. Is BCom a 3 yr course too ?</p>

<p>First for an MBA you need work experience about at least 4 years. Secondly, most schools do not like 3 years of Indian Undergrad.</p>
