3 Missing Women Found in Cleveland Home

Yes a perfect miracle would have been they never got captured, but too many parents of missing children, some who never have answers, this was good enough. Who knows, it might help others if they were part of a larger trafficking crime.

a parade of middle aged men in and out of a house in and of itself isn’t on its face a signal of illegal behavior either, but logic says, hmmm, this is ODD

and when you have three women missing in the same area, gee, maybe this might require a second look, several neighbors have come forward saying they notificied police and called 911> are they ALL making it up? Or are the police lazy and inept and covering up

and sadly people don’t listen to screams and do anything. i was attacked by a raccoon as i was walking my dogs. screamed and screamed. after a few minutes, people came down

me, i here a scream, i go and check

and the 911 calltaker didn’t stay on the line with here, and the other calltaker was just as dense…does she need an ambulance? really?

and for them not to recognize the name is also so wrong, are they clueless?

I’m not second guessing the police. I’m saying you can’t expect them to be useful. You are just laying out the reasons WHY they are not useful.

We had a case locally where a mother of 4 went jogging on a local bike path. When she didn’t come home, her husband called the police. They called off their search after a few hours and focused their energy on haranguing the husband, who they decided had done something to her. The family had to organize THEIR OWN search, and eventually found her body. It turned out that she was a victim of the bike path rapist. The police managed to catch him (because that’s where they suddenly, sometimes, GET useful) and finally set free a guy who had been jailed for 22 years for crimes committed by BPR.

If I were the neighbor in this case, I would have taken it into my own hands to investigate, once it was clear that the police were finished.

Imagine, Amanda had a baby several years ago, probably when she was 19-20 years old, no medical assistants or supervision of any kinds. Just two other young girls in the house and the perps, how she and her baby came out of that unharmed physically is incredible.

The kids who said they saw the naked woman were interviewed on Anderson Cooper last night, along with their mom. They did NOT call the police. The kids didn’t tell their mom about it immediately. They waited and told her hours later. At that point, she decided against calling the police.

I was thinking about that, ttparent. She may even have had the baby while being restrained! If Castro worked full-time and, presumably, slept 8 hours/night, that’s at least 16 hours a day that he would have had to keep the women tied up.

And it has been mentioned that Castro was seen taking two little girls to the park early in the morning.

I can’t imagine how he managed this. Think about the amount of food that he would have to bring in. There are different stories about the house - some indicate that Castro was around most of the time, some indicate that the house was boarded up as if no one lived there.

there is a report of four senior women seeing naked women and calling the police, so yeah someone did call about the women

and i hope syliva browne get nailed for the obvious fraud she is and all those that promote her

More details are emerging.

I don’t think a photo of the child should have been released. Some news accounts block it out. Others don’t. She was born in a wading pool on Christmas day.

also castro would take the little girl to visit his mother. uh huh. do people not pay any attention anymore?

Truth really IS stranger than fiction. The story about Castro and his ex-wife (whom he beat up) and her now husband–Colin (accused of molestation which he denied–he pointed the finger at Castro it appears) is mind-boggling. If it’s true. OMG. Stay tuned.

And his daughter is in jail for slashing her own baby’s throat.

The article I saw said that the people who saw the naked women called their mother and she did not call the police.

Seahorse I have not seen an article saying there was a parade of middle aged men in and out of the house. Are you refering to Castro and his brothers?

Arghghgghh, so frustrating. From the Scene article posted earlier.

^Their definition of “followed up on” not quite the same as yours and mine. More like “followed by a donut run”.

my point was lost. i was trying to say that if a neighbor, for example, saw a bunch of men going in and out of a suburan home, and another saw something else fishy, and they bother reported it, seperately, might not seem bad, but togther, the suspicious incident reports might point to say a brothel on the block.

this is not in this case, but the idea of putting together reports for the same address or person so that when more incidents are reported, then a pattern is seen and more looking into being done

in this case, banging on doors and walking away and not doing ANY follow through is pathetic

No one is arguing that putting together reports is a bad idea, We have 2 reports linked to the house so far-one Castro called in a fight in the street and the second was about a girl in the window. I see no compelling link between the two calls.

Now once no one answered the door the cops can leave, try to get a warrant, kick in the door or leave and come back later.
What should they have done?

there were other calls, unless all these neighbors are now lying.

what they should have done is take each call seriouslly, kept logs, so when another call is made to same address, then they can go, oh, been called here before

its how GOOD police work is done.

reading the transcripts of the 911 calls and how poorly they were handled, this doesn’t surprise me at all how inept the cleveland police are

oh, we will get a free cop out to you when we can? really? the callers practically had to beg for help

In other news, Charles Ramsey has been songified:

<a href=“Dead Giveaway! - YouTube”>Dead Giveaway! - YouTube;

I heard Ramsey turned down the reward, said he gets a paycheck, give it to the women. We need more of that type of person.
