4 years of sports or another academic class?

I currently have:

English 3 Honors
AP French
AP Spanish
Chemistry Honors
US History (not AP) 0 period
AP Statistics
Track

Would it be better to take something like AP Art History instead of Track?
This is my junior years schedule, and my counselor said that taking a sport all four years looks really good in the sense of dedication, and extra curricular. Also, it shows colleges that you had to deal with a sport until the evening and then do your homework. NONETHELESS, I still have no art credit… should I just wait until senior year and do it?

Also, the class weights are:

English 3 Honors 5
AP french 5
AP spanish 5
Chemistry Honors 5
AP Stat 5 (should I take AP art instead of this? i will be taking precalc over the summer)
US History 4
Track (not academic)

No matter which classes I take, does the “US History 4” always drop my gpa? Is my all-maximum always gonna be 4.83???

AP US History is not that difficult. You could do very well in it.

AP Art History, however…this is probably just my school, but almost nobody makes above a 90 on tests, and only two people passed the final exam. I really enjoyed the class, though, it teaches you a lot about religion, European History, and modern culture.

And yeah, 4 years of sports FTW :] I went with the same road too.
