<p>I somehow edited my essay down from 600 to 499 words (well, the directions say please keep the word count BELOW 500 after all). This essay is going to Yale Early Decision and other Ivy/Ivy-caliber schools, so please be harsh. Say whatever you want, even if it is rude and mean.</p>
