<p>To save others from wasting their time like I did I will note here that there is a MAXIMUM income requirement to apply for these scholarships.
It is $50,000 for TEN dependents and down from there to around $25000 if only one dependent.</p>

<p>How do they figure $50,000 for ten dependents and $25,000 for one?
Shouldn’t it either be $5,000 for one or $250,000 for ten?</p>
