<p>Turn on your news, there is a 6 yr old caught in an hot air balloon over Colorado at 8K feet that was never meant to fly.</p>

<p>I’ve been watching. It is such a frightening situation. It’s not a hot air balloon, though, it’s a helium filled balloon. They’re reporting that they think the boy may have already fallen out.</p>
<p>Looking at it twist on the live images, he probably fell out long ago if not shortly after it took off. Some angles show the door open.</p>
<p>Makes you feel totally helpless…prayers…</p>

<p>I hadn’t heard that he might have fallen out. Heart breaking. I just assumed that he sat down in the bottom out of fear.</p>

<p>It’s getting lower. I just started watching about 15 minutes ago. This is unbelievable.</p>
<p>I heard the problem is it will cross over into the Denver metro area soon which makes it more dangerous since there are buildings and the balloon was never designed to be flown.</p>

<p>So did he hide? Did he fall out, who knows where? This could be even worse than we thought?</p>
<p>Nobody in the balloon. Check his bed; probably taking a nap.</p>
<p>Reporting now that they think he may not have been in the balloon when it took off. That he may be hiding somewhere thinking he was going to get in trouble for untethering the balloon. At least there’s some hope now!</p>

<p>I am just wondering with the logistics of getting it air born, and my fear is that a 6 yr old does not have the capacity to latch the door properly when it lifted off.</p>

<p>I just saw a Youtub@ video of the Heene boys singing a pretty bad song. Interesting, I wonder if it’s a hoax (at least I hope so), maybe not by the parents, but by the kids.</p>

<p>I too wondered that youdon’tsay. We live on 10 acres and I wouldn’t have that in my backyard. However, I heard the father was a meteorologist and that could explain why.</p>
