7 ap exams in one year, will I be okay?

Do you think these 7 exams are doable?
AP Environmental Science, AP Psychology (same day, self-study both)
AP Computer Science A (class)
AP Calculus AB (class w/ terrible teacher, but I will study extra)
AP Music Theory (self-study), AP Physics B (class) (these two are on the same day)
AP World History (self-study + regular world history)

Do you guys think I can do it? I’m worried about the ones that I have to take on the same day, do you think my brain will get tired?
It’s also my first year taking AP exams, so that makes me a little more worried.

bump, registration is soon and I need to decide which ones I should sign up for.
I’d really appreciate your guys’ feedback.

I haven’t started studying at all for APES and AP Psychology, but I think I can still do it.
What scares me is the high failure rate, and the low number of 5s.

First time taking AP exam? Uh, yeah I wouldn’t jump to 7.

Which subjects do you feel you are strongest in?

I’m taking seven after never taking any. I mean, if I were going to screw up the tests I’d screw them up whether I’d taken any before or not, y’know?
But I’m also not self-studying four.

I took AP Music Theory before dropping it (I just didn’t like the class at all), and I think it’s a weird class to self-study. There is a singing section that you really should have a teacher to practice with. However, the other APs should be fine, although AP World was the hardest AP test ever!

Good luck :)

Personally I would not take that many self-studies, take like four or five exams.

No you won’t be alright. You will put yourself under so much mental stress.

@panda - lol you need to sing for Music Theory? Was gonna self-study and take the test as an AP filler on my college app… never mind then LOL.

AP Music Theory should not be a problem, as I have been doing music all my life, and I’ve looked at the standards, this will be an easy AP for me. Now what do you guys think? Without looking at statistics (AP Scores), I would be completely confident, as the percentage correct that you must get to get a 5 seems to be pretty low. For example, last year you could’ve gotten about 72% of the test and still have gotten a 5. So with that I feel like I can succeed in my 7 exams. At the same time, I ask myself, “What if it really is super super super hard, and that’s why so many people get 3s and lower?”

Do I have to report all my AP scores to colleges?

I’m just kind of conflicted in deciding whether this will be near impossible for me or not.

@hangooksaram I feel that I am strongest in APES, AP Music Theory, AP Physics B, and AP Computer Science A.

I am more worried about psychology, world history, and calculus ab

I also want to know if many people have taken this many exams before, and how well they did.

Eh I don’t think you should take that many unless you have a lot of time to dedicate… I’m already struggling with 4 required APs  But that’s just me.
