<p>I haven’t provided any email id’s of my counsellors/teachers.Are any of the rest of you doing that?</p>

<p>I haven’t done it yet … but most probably i think i’ll go by the mail method …
See, the online method is easier and quicker …
But there are problems like</p>

<p>–> commonapp sending a mail to your teacher of the required forms ( this is bad coz if it’s u who is gonna fill up the reccos then u wud hav to ask ur recommender for his/her email id password )</p>

<p>once you submit your counselor’s email ID to the Common App, it sends an email to that ID providing details as to how he/she should access the common app to fill up the school forms. Correct??</p>

<p>If am right, then you can ask your counselor to simply give you the details from the email sent, access the website and fill up the damn thing yourself… you don’t need to get your counselor’s email ID/password…</p>
