the course to get into a college quite close to me. i wanna see if computer science is something i can put on my cv for college. but is it a academic subject. there is definetly alot of reading and writing, ive been studying it for awhile.

Are you in the US or the UK?
(Do you mean “college” in the US sense or the UK sense?)
CS is an academic subject.
Health isn’t.

Ok, in that case, core academic classes at the high school level (and/or GCSE A-E results) are all you need.
