how hard is it for an international student to get into an accelerated med program (B.S/M.D) ?

US medical schools admit very few intertnational students period.

You probably can, but I would caution you to investigate two things before you do:

Can you practice medicine with an American med school degree? There might be legal (visa) issues preventing foreigners from practicing medicine in the US, and you may run into licensing issues in your home country with a medical degree from another country.

Can you pay for college and medical school? Med school is usually very expensive and the entire cost is up to you. Most American students take out loans to pay for med school, but that option is often not available to international students. Some med schools even require international students to put all 4 years’ worth of tuition into an escrow account before they may enroll.

You’ll need something like $50,000/year as an undergraduate and $70,000/year for med school; don’t even consider an accelerated med school program unless you have at least $400,000 at your disposal.
