<p>I’m currently a high school junior studying in Texas, and I’ve been living here since I was 4. I want to apply to UPenn’s M&T program, but as I’m not a permanent resident, it says that they will not be need-blind. I also heard that since I’ve been studying here, I’ll be considered in the regional applicant pool for admissions, but in the international pool for financial aid (which I need). Can anyone confirm this?</p>
