(It depends on the university. Some have a dual BS/MS program for 5 years, you need to check the university website)

Do students find Campus placements at the end of BS program ?

(Do you mean jobs outside? Foreign students can get practical training for a year I believe. The job market is pretty competitive right now so there are no guarantees).

(UIUC seems to be the strongest but decision needs to be driven by financial constraints )

(If you have completed 85% of your present college, meaning you are well in your third year, you probably will lose a year. They may only transfer so many credits. Yes, coping with the syllabus should not be an issue if you are in a reasonably good program in India).
You should find out how many credits they will transfer and how long it will take to fulfill your BS here. If you only have 1 year to complete in India, it may be prudent to just finish it off there and apply for MS here.

Fall2016, I think in the last question he is referring to having 85% as a grade, not syllabus. He means to say that he has an 85% in college as of now, so will he be able to cope up there?

1) Like in the above post, some have a BS/MS 5 Year Program.
2) I don’t know.
3) UIUC is the best by far, but like in the above post, money is also a criteria to look at.
4) If I were you, I would actually finish it here. You have already started college in India and have done reasonably well (85%). I think you should wait and go abroad for Masters.
5) It all depends on the level of difficulty of the curriculum and what thee colleges expect you to do outside of the classroom.

85% in electronics is actually good. Yes, there will be some adjustment period. But you should be able to cope up with it. (Be prepared for your grades to go down and then up later). Also depends on your financial situation. If you take up on campus jobs, it will be tougher. And some of the colleges in your list (say UIUC may be tougher than ASU…) But if you are coming here as a transfer, why not go to the most reputable?
