Take courses this summer at your community college for college credit or to become more familiar with a subject you are interested in that is difficult.

Go on a vacation trip and take photos.

Don’t throw your prep books away. Give them to your younger siblings or friends or sell them on ebay or your local book store.

Don’t buy anymore pens or pencils for college. Take the good ones you have now and once you get to college, it will ACCUMULATE!

Do not stress about what to buy for college. That’s stupid.

Be on good terms with your parents so they don’t worry about you. Do crap for them at least the week before you leave.

If you want a job for some extra college money, go for it, but do not let it consume you.

Don’t stop searching for scholarships.

Keep your resume on file and continue to update it.
