Advice needed: SAT Score sent long ago (Nov 24), still not reflected in portal

Greetings!

I’m a Regular Decision applicant who submitted one of my applications yesterday, 12/31, and just received the portal activation email. I’m seeing an “awaiting” status for my official SAT scores.

I completely understand that it’s during holiday and the deadline rush is happening. The university also instructs, “Due to high-processing volume, please allow up to 72 hours for your Application Checklist to reflect materials received between December 31, 2025 and January 4, 2026.”

But since it has been over a month since I sent them, I’m a bit concerned. I ordered the official scores through College Board on November 24, 2025, and my College Board account confirms they were “Sent” shortly after. I am certain, after meticulously confirming the score recipient, that there was no error pertaining to my actions.

  • Should I wait a few more days (i.e., after 72 hours) for the system to match my application to the scores?

  • Or should I reach out to the admissions office now?

Thank you for your advice in advance!

If you just submitted your application yesterday, your SAT scores will not automatically appear on your portal. There’s no automatic instantaneous linking of scores sent by college board. Wait a few days until your portal account is active and materials received. If not there in a week, then contact admissions.
