It is not possible to answer this question without more information.
First, what is your definition of affordable? Can you afford $70,000 per year, or $25,000, or $10,000 or nothing? Can you afford the air fare to get from where ever you are to the US?
Also, what are your stats? A very small number of very top international students can get major scholarships at a few US universities. This is however very highly competitive and only a very small number of very strong students have any chance at a major scholarship.
