@David Kwentua Yep. Long before I got my rejection. I kind of knew anyway. Didn’t have a good feeling about it. Submitted to Vanderbilt, Urichmond, CMC, and a couple others.
Will you be committing to Stanford right away or are you going on with RD apps? And do you live in Nigeria?

I’ll be applying to MANY colleges (though not as many as @gigichuck). A few of them include: Penn, Cornell, Wellesley, Colgate,L&C,etc.If my standardized results come out good, I might add one of HYPS.

@gigichuck yes lol I’ll be committing straight-up… partly because it’s an awesome offer with perfect financial aid and also partly because I’m too lazy to re-live the essay writing process for other colleges and interviews and blah lol…
No I don’t live in Nigeria; I moved to South Africa in 2013. I might visit Lagos next year, though.

@David Kwentua. A bunch of schools but my top choices are Case Western and University of Miami. I applied to Vanderbilt as well. It seems like a great school but I’m not sure if it’s right for me?
I’m not applying to any ivies :). And my parents keep on asking me why :))

@gigichuck I’m not so sure honestly…(this is what I tell all the relatives that ask) I’m just a lot more interested in the schools just below them. I wanted to go to Harvard three years ago But I just sort of changed my mind.
