I am having trouble with them. I ordered a few appliances about a month ago. Free shipping. They didn’t deliver on the scheduled day. I get that it wasn’t guaranteed. They said the day after, and the day after again … I waited for 4 days. I finally gave up and called them back tp say I can’t wait any more. They refused to take them back unless I pay 30% stocking fee. I don’t think I should be paying the restocking fee after waiting for 4 days. What are my options if any?
