Allergy treatments

Here are some great tips to all of you suffering from spring allergies, like me  I mean, I don’t want to be sniffing all the way through my AP tests.

I’m trying out Vitamin C (in form of kiwis and grapefruit juice) and the Vitamin B complex (which also helps with stress and energy), and I’ve found that they do work! For those who aren’t familiar, antihistamines are the compounds found in anti-allergy pills such as Claritin.

Also, when my eyes get itchy, I take some orange/tangerine peels and press them to the corners of my eyes–it typically solves the problem quick.

God speed with your allergy-fighting endeavors ^^

haha, such crazy ideas. I would just take a zyrtec/allegra/xyzal/claritin/clarinex/hydroxyzine etc…

Eating fruit, oh yes, that’s a crazy one. Drugs make MUCH more sense, and aren’t crazy.

I just take a cetrizine- works every time.
