am I allowed to hang Christmas lights from my ceiling?

<p>I can’t remember but I remember one friend telling me how her suite had to kind of hack around the system to put up lights in ther suite…</p>

<p>I have like 1200 lights right now (yay for post-Christmas surplus!) … my window shades are broken and I need to file a work order… but I don’t know whether I should take down the lights before they enter my room…</p>
