<p>I am from Pennsylvania, USA and I have a U.S. Citizenship but I just study in India. I don’t know if I am considered in International Student or not and I need to know because International Students’ deadlines are earlier for some of my colleges.</p>
<p>Your best bet is to contact colleges directly. The only thing I am sure about is that, as a US citizen, you don’t have to submit statement of financial responsibility. So, my guess is that FA need will not be a factor in your case.</p>
