OK, I found her. No comment.
I noticed at the bottom of her home youtube page that her sister is in the same “business” -youtube. I mean, whatever pays the bills and is legal, but quite interesting for her dad who seems to be highly educated (right? Doctor and lawyer?)
She has a sister? I wouldn’t have expected that. I took her for the quintessential spoiled only child - and daddy’s little girl, to boot!
I hate to ask, but could one of you post the link to her youtube page?
just google “blair amazing race youtube” and you’ll get it - her screen name is “juicy” something or other as I remember. (I think they prefer we don’t link to youtube on CC)
I have to say, the juicystar moniker didn’t make me predisposed to like her stuff.
Really - “juicystar”? And to think she believed her father wouldn’t be proud of her . . . can’t imagine why! 8-|
I don’t think any of us are her target audience.
Fun episode. Very exciting. I think Brody gave up too easily on that puzzle.
I’ve always found things like that puzzle sooo frustrating. No patience for it.
Never knew camels were so fast!
Those gold swimsuits. Hahaha.
Dubai is very, very low on my travel bucket list.
I don’t know how long Brody spent trying to solve that puzzle but I agree that it seems he gave up too easily. He hasn’t held his own with the tasks and he reacted in a very immature manner to this one, according to what we saw.
I agree that Brodie gave up too quickly, but it was good strategy to use it before anyone found out, likely causing someone else to burn a U-Turn. He’s going to get raked over the coals on Ultiworld this week.
Fun episode! I would not have been cool with a snake around my neck! The salt challenge looked pretty grueling. The frisbee boys were lucky they didn’t get eliminated.
Ds and I watched together, and he pointed out that While Zach would have been better at the water task, Rachel wouldn’t be as quick at the kite task so maybe it still would have turned out as it did. But that was too close. Bagging the salt must have been harder than it looked.
I think tying the salt bags was the hard part. They had to be filled up enough, but then they needed enough room to put a knot in the bag.
I don’t hold out much hope for the frisbee guys since Brodie has to do all the remaining challenges. I guess there was a reason Curt did so many of them so far.
Poor Rachel had to do the water task, and then had to row an outrigger to try to beat the frisbee guys. She must’ve been pretty sore by the time they were eliminated.
What a bummer for the frisbee boys. They ran a great leg, but couldn’t make up for the U-turn. Too bad they didn’t get to the U-Turn second.
I hate that that happened, but Burnie and Ashley played it smart. I don’t like Tyler and Corey as much as I used to.
I still really like Tyler and Corey - also Burnie and Ashley - I wonder if they will be the couple that never wins a first until the end?
Crazy that Brodie and Kurt were eliminated after so many firsts. That last place spot the leg before really did them in.
They all sure seemed to jump off that cliff fast! Seems they were all pretty close so I guess they didn’t have the option of “time” to contemplate the jump!
Kudos to Connor and Mom for still being around. I didn’t have much faith in them at the beginning. I wonder how old she is.
But Cole and mom got very lucky, with I think 2 NELs. The frisbee boys ran a great race, but Brodie gave up on that puzzle when they were in first and should have stuck it out and then used the fast forward on the next leg.
I am probably routing for Burnie and Ashley now.
I didn’t expect to like Tyler and Corey, but I actually really like them and think they are very funny. I think it is time for Connor and Mom to go home.
I really like the couple who were eliminated tonight . . . but who in their right mind switches detours in the final leg before the finals???
“We’ll give it a try, and then if we don’t like it, we’ll go do the other one.”
When has that kind of decision ever turned out well?
