Amazon vs Netflix.

I’m leaning toward OITNB.
Although I haven’t seen as much of Transparent. I liked it, & Jeffery Tambor is great, but some bits were just painful to watch.
Then again, Jason Biggs ( OITNB) is pretty cringe inducing.

<a href=“TV's Disruption On Display As Netflix And Amazon Go Head-To-Head At Golden Globes | TechCrunch”>http://techcrunch.com/2014/12/12/tvs-disruption-on-display-as-netflix-and-amazon-go-head-to-head-at-golden-globes/

I just couldn’t get into OITNB. I worked briefly in a job where I had contact with the prison system and I found myself saying “No way” too many times. And things like the “tampon sandwich” for breakfast just grossed me out.

I must have missed that!
I like the emphasis on women in the show.
For me that overrules believe ability, not that I would know what’s believeable and what isn’t.

While I have loved House of Cards, I also quit watching OITNB. I watched through episode 10 of season 13 and realized it wasn’t giving me any “tv happiness.” While it’s classified as a comedy for Golden Globes and such, I feel there are comic moments, but it is definitely a drama. I don’t have Amazon Prime, but I may have to join up to watch their new series, Mozart in the Jungle. Saw previews recently and it evidently release for the entire season on Dec. 23rd. I think I will sign up for Netflix again when the new Tina Fey produced show with Ellie Kemper releases, but I may cave early so I can watch House of Cards Season 3
