An international with post-secondary school experience

My question might seem a bit strange to you, but - I would like to know if it’s possible somewhere to renounce my post-secondary school record and apply as a freshman; and, if you know of colleges that allow this, could you give me their names?

Thank you :)

Sorry but you really can’t just “renounce” your post-secondary record. What you can do, is contact the colleges/universities that you are interested in and let them know that you don’t want to try to transfer any credits because you want to complete all of the degree requirements there, and then ask the admissions officers how you should proceed. This will be a bit easier if you are changing fields of study and aren’t likely to be actually repeating any previous coursework at the new institution. You will have to submit copies of your grades, etc. from your former institution(s) as part of your application. That’s just the way it is.

Thank you  I’ll do that. Hope it will be possible :)
