<p>"(CNN) – Reality TV star and former model Anna Nicole Smith is dead, a law enforcement source told CNN.</p>

<p>Smith, 39, collapsed at a south Florida hotel and was taken to a local hospital, according to news reports.</p>

<p>TMZ.com reported that Smith collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood just after 2 p.m. ET.</p>

<p>According to reports, Smith was found unresponsive in her hotel room."</p>

<p>That is just so beyond weird and bizarre. Whatever happened to her son, and didn’t she just have a new baby? Yikes.</p>

<p>Really bizarre. Her 20-year-old son died in September, like the day her baby was born?</p>

<p>Her son died from a drug overdose last year three days after she gave birth to her daughter.</p>

<p>This is going to be a heck of a custody fight between Howard Stern and Larry Birkhead for the baby.</p>

<p>Just to clarify, I think her son’s overdose was the result of mixing perscription drugs. He was on Zoloft and another antidepressant and was then given an antibiotic. The combined effect caused an overdose. I got the impression that it was a tragic error, not an act of gross irresponsibility on his part.</p>

<p>He also was given morphine, I read, which can be deadly.</p>

<p>I had heard that her ‘‘marriage’’ to Stern was questionable - but I also wonder that her baby would inherit - especially if that is true - still gonna be a custody fight here I would bet.</p>

<p>So her son was given FOUR medications at once, and no-one thought, gee, maybe not such a good idea?</p>

<p>I haven’t followed her story much, but most likely Stern, being a lawyer, has everything set up to his benefit as much as possible…meaning he can probably produce documentation giving him guardianship of the baby who will inherit a trust which he will manage…even if the other guy is the real dad, Anna’s mony will not go to him…

<p>I have real concerns about Trimspa and her rapid/extreme weight loss. Those otc diet pills are truly dangerous.</p>

<p>I feel sorry for her baby. I think that there should finally be a paternity test done with 48 hours to resolve who the father of that child is, and enough with the delays in getting it done. Who is looking out for the well being of this child?</p>

<p>The hearing regarding the paternity was scheduled for yesterday!! Wonder what happened…</p>

<p>And interestingly - Smith and Stern were NOT legally married - just had a committment ceremony - nothing legalized.</p>
