"An ‘anti-Thanksgiving potluck’ planned for Monday night is stirring controversy on the University of Virginia (UVA) campus.

The event, hosted by the American Indian Student Union (AISU), aims to 'discuss Thanksgiving from a Native American perspective over a potluck dinner." …

Let’s also remember the Puritans for coming to the US for religious freedom, and then refusing religious freedom to anyone else. That is how Roger Williams was cast into the wilderness, before he founded Rhode Island. Fortunately, there were also people like William Penn who stressed religious freedom. That is why Newport and Philadelphia had two of the largest Jewish populations in the Colonies.

In a nutshell, it looks like this organization is suggesting that it is important for conservatives to have a voice on campus, but not Native Americans.

From the web site of campus reform (the organization unhappy about this event).
"Q. What is CampusReform.org?

A. CampusReform.org is a one-stop resource, networking, and instruction center for conservative activists to take back their campuses from leftist domination.

Created to give conservatives a powerful new weapon in their fight for the hearts and minds of the next generation of citizens, politicians, and members of government and media, CampusReform.org facilitates the establishment of conservative student groups and supports their development as a powerful voice to fight against leftist abuse and bias on their campuses.

It makes available new opportunities for student groups to interact with alumni, parents, faculty, and other members of the broader community interested in taking a stand for conservatism."
