Ok Sabres, now don’t blow it this time.

Satan’s bio page is too funny. I hadn’t seen that before. Easter Sunday’s Boston Globe had a headline on the sports page that said something like “Satan wins one for the Bruins”. My D just got such a kick out of that considering it was Easter. The Bs don’t look so big or bad tonight :(

Let’s go Wings, right to the golf course! Tee times waiting, boys.

I have been a hockey fan since junior high and going to college in the UP of Michigan only made it stronger. Love my Red Wings! Of course that means I can’t stand the Avs or the Ducks.

I used to kind of like Cindy Crosby but now that he’s starting to believe his own press, he’s become whiny and annoying. The NHL made sure he got the Cup last year.

Ovechkin is fun to watch for sure but maybe a bit dirty?

LOVE playoff hockey!!!

Miro isn’t that bad of a guy (other than he missed an open net far too many times during his years in Buffalo). His girlfriend (now wife) would sing the anthems at home games.

It was fun watching Ryan giving Miro a little love at the end of the game tonight, maybe that is just what the Sabres needed…

On another note - nice to see Brian Campbell back for the Hawks after Ovie broke his collarbone. Now if they were to meet the Caps in the final it would be quite interesting…

kmaq, I liked Crosby too until he didn’t shake hands with some Wings. What a prick. You can have all the talent in the world, but if you have no class then you’re a loser. End of story.

If the Wings keep playing like they have the last few games, there are very few teams that can stop them. The problem is that they don’t always play like they should lol.

@kmaq again. Funny story about the Ducks. I was in LA with my formerly die-hard Wings fan uncle (who is now a die-hard Ducks fan until the Ducks are out of the playoffs) when Sergei signed with Anaheim. There were literally headlines that said that they were planning the Championship parade already. How’d the ducks do that 03-04 season? I forget ;).

Hawks and Predators in OT. I don’t like this!

Let’s go Red Wings!

Hey, roman - did you know that Osgood lives in Plymouth? His next-door-neighboor currently has a fake Stanley Cup in his front yard!

Whew! Lots of series at 3-2.

Scout yes I do. I happen to know Osgood lol. And his neighbor is really good friends with my mum and we all have pictures of us with fake Stanley.

Bravo to the Penguins!!!

Now I really want the Wings to lose.

Well, cardinal fang, you got your wish. Geez, the Wings played badly today. :(

romanigypsyeyes…You are absolutely right-They don’t play like they should ergo today’s game. Just frustrating. Fingers crossed for Tuesday. How does your Uncle go from Wings to Ducks? That’s quite a jump. Awww, I like Sergei. I forgot he was with Anaheim for a bit. He’s not still with the Caps is he?

go Wings~

For my further wishes, I want all the other Western serieses to go to seven, with plenty of hitting and lots of overtimes. I want the three teams that emerge to be banged up and tired.

Go Yotes! Go Kings! Go Preds!

The Coyotes played well today and the Wings didn’t. It was clear why there were times during the season when it was doubtful that they would make the playoffs.

GO PENS! (Huge Pens fans here).
!!!DUPUIS!!!..thanks!!!

See my TJ post: go Kings…I guess.

Oh, my. Those Sedin brothers are something.

I started watching hockey when my dad bought our first TV in 1960. He was a Leaf fan through and through. In those days they showed the game starting near the end of the first period and the League only had 6 teams. The players were a lot smaller, and the biggest one was one called “Moose” Vesco with the Blackhawks who weighted in at 200 lbs. Whose were the days.

Being a sports junkie more than a hockey fan, I find there are simply too many choices on the internet, so I don’t sit through a complete game anymore.

Blackhawks live!! Vancouver next. Can’t wait.
