Anyone know how old you have to be to work at the YMCA?

<p>My first real job was working at the local YMCA when I was 16. I worked in the child care room, watching kids while their parents used the facilities. It was a pretty good first job.</p>

<p>The Fair Labor Standards Act limits the age of employment to 14 years and older. You may want to call your local YMCA to see what their policy is.</p>
