<p>I actually liked the Swan Song in the first hour. The retrospectives are usually lame, but I liked how they focussed so much on the crew. And that the crew wore formal attire to film the last scene. And, okay, Hugh Laurie, being Hugh Laurie, with his British accent and all is just darned sexy. There, I said it.</p>
<p>I loved the paintball scene.</p>
<p>I agree that they should have had Cuddy there as one of his voices. She was such a big part of it all.</p>

I’ve liked this season ( more than the end of last season)
It wasn’t a perfect final show, but since the last shows of several series I have followed have been extraneous IMO, I thought it was good.
I would have enjoyed a longer retrospective, so will be looking for outtakes. ;)</p>
<p>Chase had just quit a week or two ago to get out of House’s shadow, so it was nice to see him taking over the team.</p>
<p>Although I quit watching during the House/Cuddy romance, I missed seeing her in the finale.</p>
<p>Why wasn’t Cuddy there?</p>
<p>Lisa Edelstein left the show at the end of last season over acrimonious contract disputes involving money. I don’t think there was a way she would set foot of a House sound stage. I’m sure they would have loved to have her.</p>
<p>I have a male friend who looks like a cross between Hugh Laurie and Hugh Grant. Not too hard on the eyes!</p>

<p>My family “found” House on CLOO in rereuns last year, and since then have watched almost every old episode on Netfix/Amazon Prime and CLOO. But NOT IN ANY ORDER.</p>
<p>To allow for some kind of understanding, I googled the WIKI descriptions of each episode, which was very, very helpful, especially the overall summeries of each season which will help those of you seeking to fill in the blanks to quickly catch up.</p>
<p>I recorded last night’s show as the house (not HOUSE) is QUIET due to cramming for finals, and watched it this am after DD left for her Chemistry final, and IT WAS PROBABLY THE VERY BEST THEY COULD HAVE DONE…SUrprising? No. Satisfying? Yes. I buy it.</p>
<p>I also loved seeing Hugh Laurie with his native British speaking voice in the Homage. And the obvious affection amongst the crew…</p>

Don’t remember the season- title was “half -wit” with Dave Matthews playing a musical savant with epilepsy.</p>
<p>I love DMB, although H refuses to go see any of his shows or listen to his music. He plays Labor Day weekend every year at the Gorge & next year I am going.
Anyway, I made H watch the episode with me, but didn’t tell him who it was till after.
