AoPS down for me

For some reason, neither I nor my friend with the same ISP that I have can access AoPS (www.artofproblemsolving.com). My ISP is EV1, and AoPS has been down for almost 3 weeks for me now. Does anyone here have the same ISP, and if so does AoPS work for you? My ISP has chosen to ignore me, so can someone give the an email address to contact AoPS to see if they can try and help. Thanks Yall

works fine for me. Contact them at aops@artofproblemsolving.com

do you have EV1? if not then I’m not surprised. Everyone I know with EV1 seems to have no problems. Thanks for the address.

no to EV1. I have Road Runner. If the problem is with your server, I’m not sure that the aops people are going to be any help.

i got in. thats wierd

open up command prompt, and ping artofproblemsolving.com
see what you get
have your friend do it too. I am getting it

Here is mine

well if you can ping it then there shouldn’t be any problem accessing it. at least any problem with your isp.
if it still doesn’t work, try loading it with a different browswer or even try with telnet.

try artofproblemsolving.com (w/o the “www”)

OK I pinged it and I got:

C:\WINDOWS>ping artofproblemsolving.com

What does this tell me?

It means that your cpu sent aops some data, and aops was suppose to respond. AOPS didn’t, so you dont’ have a connection with them :(

OK, my ISP said that it was something wrong with AoPS, not them. I can’t email AoPS because of the connection issue. Can someone give me a phone number I can contact them at if there is one?
