AP Calculus AB from online precalculus

I am a public school student. This summer I am taking precalculus honors online through FLVS. I have a tutor to ensure I know the material. My tutor could end up being my calc teacher for next year! (fingers crossed)

Next year (junior year) I am taking AP Calculus… Will I be at a disadvantage coming from online? Will I be able to get an A? How hard is the exam? (I heard that they are changing it in 2017…lucky me)

I have always been a strong math student… 98%+

Really, there shouldn’t be a problem in your situation. You excel in math and you have a tutor, which is the equivalent of a teacher (for the most part, anyway). As long as you finish the course before material is taught then you should be fine. I wouldn’t suspe
