I’m currently a sophomore in Honors Precal and I don’t know which to take. I love math and plan to major in Comp Sci/Math/Engineering/something else STEM. I did get a B+ first semester in H Precal, but mostly because my teacher puts AMC problems on the tests and quizzes and it’s like a raffle whether or not I get it correct. For college, I think that I will go to IVC Honors Program and then hopefully transfer to UCI, Berkley, or UCLA (unless I get in after high school.) If I take BC next year, I think I’ll take an IVC course for math senior year. My mom wants me to take AB because my friend took BC and got a B, but I’m concerned about the atmosphere in an AB class, which according to my teacher, is like a regular class. I love honors classes, but am worried about my GPA. But, if I got to IVC, my high school GPA won’t even matter!

US History (Regular)
AP Bio
Honors Spanish 4
Varsity Tennis
AP Calc AB or BC
