AP classes in high school

Hi! So for my sophomore year, I have signed up to take the following courses:

Orchestra
AP World
AP Seminar
French III H
Algebra II H
Journalism/Health
English 10H
Chemistry H
Chemistry H/Gym

(I’m not taking a lunch or a study hall, as of right now)

However, AP Human Geography is being taught after school once a week, with meetings being as short as fifteen minutes and as long as two hours close to the exam. The teacher is supposed to be “okay,” but I don’t know if I can handle a third AP.

Is APHUG a difficult AP? What are the main focuses of the course? Is it a terrible idea to take a third AP when APWH is the day before APHUG? And finally, if I am to take APHUG, would you suggest taking a study hall?

I just don’t know if this will all become overwhelming if I take three APS with no study hall and a bunch of extracurriculars. I plan on being on the board for key club, part of the literary magazine and school newspaper, in chamber orchestra, pit orchestra, and playing a fall sport.

Thank you for your help!

You need to take a lunch, for both your physical and mental health

Don’t take APHG its a waste of time except as an “intro to AP” class

Not having a lunch is definitely going to be tough but APHG is honestly really light, you just need to cram and have common sense.
