I plan on taking 3 ap’s during 12th grade (physics, calculus, and u.s government). I that a lot to handle especially during 12th grade?
@steve2000 it’s definitely doable, but only you know your strengths and weaknesses.
Same as above. It seems quite typical for seniors to take a number of honor classes.

Have you taken other APs? If so, how many and how did you do in them? And what other classes will you have, ECs, job, etc.?
One thing to consider is senioritis. How likely do you think you will suffer from it? Can make it challenging to focus on classes and get work done. More common than you may think.
But ultimately as noted, you are the best judge of whether you can handle those classes.
