<p>I have been meaning to post this for a while but haven’t really had time.</p>
<p>I’ll cut to the chase: AP Lang has been without a doubt the most worthwhile class of my life. I’m a little more than halfway through it, and already my writing has improved SO much! Not to mention, I just feel like a better citizen of the world! I feel more knowledgable about everything going on in the world and I feel like I now have the ability to formulate and express my opinions. </p>
<p>Oh and the rhetorical analysis unit was simply the best!</p>
<p>So for any one who is on the fence about taking AP Lang next year, PLEASE DO IT! I promise you it will be rewarding!</p>
<p>And for everyone else who has already taken it, please feel free to weigh in!</p>
<p>Yeah it is really amazing. I took it last year as a junior and usually I wasn’t really fond of English but I really got into it and just loved the notions. I was around an average writer in the beginning but near the end I saw I had improved a lot. My teacher said that I was one of best students and I’ve been close with her since. In the beginning I didn’t really like rhetorical analysis but I feel like my rhetorical essay on the exam was just immaculate haha. I spent around 40 mns on it but ha spent a great deal of time on synthesis too (which was easy for me) so I only had around 15 mns to write my argument essay so I probably wrote an average to decent argument essay. But I got a 5 and am now a better analyzer and writer overall. We also had a grammar test/quick lesson and I think that’s what helped me get a 790 on the writing portion of the sat.</p>
