<p>Physics B is algebra-based physics. Physics C is calculus based physics. Physics B is a broader because it covers mechanics, electricity and magnetism, thermodynamics and fluids, waves and optics, and nuclear physics. Physics C only focuses on one branch, depending on which you are taking.</p>
