AP Scholar before junior

<p>At my school not many people take 5 AP courses before 11th grade. The only way I can do this is by taking 2 APs outside of school by doing self-study.</p>

<p>And so is most of my school, but then again 4 AP’s are required by 11th grade so its not much of a stretch to make it into 5…</p>

<p>AP Scholar is definitely not a bad thing but it frankly doesn’t matter much at top-tier colleges. On the other hand, National AP Scholar before senior year is a pretty good thing to be able to put on an app.</p>
