AP tests for college admission

I am looking to apply to colleges in Scotland and many of them require 2 AP test (4 or better) in the field you are going into. First question, what if I took AP Bio in my senior year, that would mean I wouldn’t take that test until after they accepted or declined me. So how would that work?
Also it says that if you wanted to go into science, (which I do, marine biology) you would need 2 in science, but the AP classes I was planning on taking throughout my next two years in high school are German, Bio, Calc, Stat, and English language and lit. How do you think they would look at this?

In the UK, UCAS is used (you can go to the website by using it; it’ll probably give you lots of useful info. on your applying as well).
I know that for British universities, you talk to your teacher and predict your grades, and report the predicted grade. They MAY rescind an acceptance if you don’t follow through on that grade. I think that it’s the same for Scottish uni. but I’m not completely sure. you can go to ucas’ website and find out

they also have a facebook page on which you can post questions
