<p>Are you allowed to take an AP Test for a class that you aren’t currently taking?
And are you allowed to take an AP Test that you have already taken, but didn’t do too well?</p>

<p>1) Yes, it’s called Independent Studying (IS).
2) Yes, you can retake AP tests as many times as you want.</p>
