ohh…i have honors everything :p

Hey guys this is my 801st post!!! Yeah.

My school only offers letting kids go ahead in math (AKA go on to Geometry) but you have to be chosen in sixth grade, which is a notion I am not a fan of. ¬¬
My dad basically told me my chances went down a huge notch because I’m in “loser math”. I love you too, Dad… ¬¬ Oh well, I’m in standard math, only four kids in my grade went on to Geometry…

Congrats Urbanflop!
well I am not ~the best~ in maths (1st semester I got 46% on my maths exam but the second semester I tried and got 75%) But this semester I am planning on trying REALLY hard so that I get put in maths C prep (the highest maths class) and I am finding being in maths B prep is really easy and I want a challenge.

@konikamano: at least your dad didn’t threaten to send you to not just a public school, but the worst public school where I live where everyone drinks and takes drugs if you don’t do well in maths. (Don’t want to sound pretentious and sorry to public school kids but ~shudder~ I would probably get bashed if I went to public school. I am definitely a private school girl!)

I like going to a charter school. <333 It’s so family-like and cozy. No joke, every teacher plays music in their classroom at some point during the day (except the one female teacher. But no one likes her). Some of them even play the guitar/drums for us! I love my school. ^_________^

We’re not allowed to go ahead in my school, unless you come from a different school.

i hate going to a charter school. they emphasize how ‘we’re all in this together’ and how we have so many opportunities we have when its all bs…

whats charter school?

I’m at a public school

i go to public school. it’s OK, decent enough teachers generally but a crappy curiculum and huge classes

I go to a public school, and it’s okay. Some teachers are good and others are not so good… but I’m generally happy =)

Mine’s ok too, but the high school is often a list topper

its : a tax-supported school established by a charter between a granting body (as a school board) and an outside group (as of teachers and parents) which operates the school without most local and state educational regulations so as to achieve set goals

in my situation this is LIES! MA screwed it up baddd

does anyone on here go to a catholic school?

i go to a normalish public school with normalish clubs and normalish teachers and coolish-normalish people. yes. it’s very normalish. :P

also that charter school thing is really new-fangled to me, rad. trying to wrap my mind around it. whoahh.

Public School!!

smiley, no, but we have a sister catholic school sort of thing in our town. the kids are generally known for their grammarness >.<

…my dream job is a vampire
i’d just go around biting people for fun, then flying away! plus, i’d be gorgeous
(not the ewy ones from twilight…well a bit…but not a lot)

And you’d sparkle! AHHHHHHHHHHHH.

My dream job is to be a professional triangle player in a world-renowned orchestra. I think I said that already.

But seriously, best job ever. All you have to do is hit a triangle and you get to travel around with awesome music 8D Bwoo ha ha.
