I’d say our review is very thorough, but I don’t think that’s highly unusual. We try to be very up front about what’s important in our process and I try to give a lot of updates about where we are in the review via my social media. I don’t think our review is the reason to apply…I would hope that students are applying because there’s something about UVA that matches up with the things they want and need in a college.
@deeznuts, where did you hear that one? GPA is a subjective number. We look at course selection and grades. GPA attempts to summarize that, but doesn’t tell the full story.
