<p>I know for UC’s, they screen randomly 10% people, asking them to verify parts of their application.</p>

<p>Dude dont lie on your applications, its a dirty thing to do… Will you honestly feel like you legitimately got into your college, if your application was full of lies… If you wanna get into Cal Poly go for an easier major and then earn your right to switch majors.</p>
<p>I am wondering, honestly. But it will be hard to verify my hours, I did about 50 hours last summer at my library and got a certificate with my name and # of hours, but I lost it, plus, the librarians wouldn’t remember me so they wouldn’t write a letter for me.</p>
