<p>I’m applying for fall 2015 as a major in Biomedical Science. Out of all the schools I’ve visited, I prefer UB over the others because of academics and other opportunities. I’m also a resident of New York state, so my tuition would be lower. Does it make more sense to apply ED?</p>
